Welcome to Empowered Bible Studies

Bible study is essential to our Christian walk. As we study God's Word, our personal relationship with God grows deeper and deeper. It empowers us to live for the Lord in every aspect of our lives. This is what has inspired me to do an online Bible study.

Many years ago my husband introduced me to a commentary on the book of Colossians and I was so blessed as the Scripture came to life before my very eyes. Since that day we have developed an extensive library and enjoy studying God's Word.

I have prepared some Bible studies that I would like to share with you. My prayer is that they will bless you as much as they have blessed me in preparing them. I pray your life is touched and that it would inspire you to live every moment of every day for Christ.

Trusting God for the Details of LIfe

We cannot go through life constantly worrying about “what if….” God does not want us to live that way. He is in control of the years, months, days, hours, minutes and seconds of our lives.

Psalm 37:23 'The Steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord and he delights in his way"

We must live daily with the realization that God knows what is best for us and has a plan and purpose for our lives.  He is in total control.  God may send a delay, a change in schedule, a sickness, or some other inconvenience in order to fulfill His plan and purpose for us in our lives.  But when we really think about it, they really aren't inconveniences are they when you know it is all within God's ultimate goal.  So the next time you are delayed in traffic or have a flat tire, think about what God just protected you from - who knows it may have just saved your life from a tragic accident.  Trusting God for the Details of Life!
