Welcome to Empowered Bible Studies

Bible study is essential to our Christian walk. As we study God's Word, our personal relationship with God grows deeper and deeper. It empowers us to live for the Lord in every aspect of our lives. This is what has inspired me to do an online Bible study.

Many years ago my husband introduced me to a commentary on the book of Colossians and I was so blessed as the Scripture came to life before my very eyes. Since that day we have developed an extensive library and enjoy studying God's Word.

I have prepared some Bible studies that I would like to share with you. My prayer is that they will bless you as much as they have blessed me in preparing them. I pray your life is touched and that it would inspire you to live every moment of every day for Christ.

Faithfully Serving God

Christmas Carols are playing and Christmas is in the Air! I am reminded of the Christmas Carol: O Come all ye Faithful joyful and triumphant, o come ye, o come ye to Bethlehem. Come and behold Him born the King of Angels; o come let us adore Him - Christ the Lord!

We need to be reminded of Christ's presence in our lives and that we need to be faithful as Christians to Him! The Israelites lost their faith and forgot their first love. Though they had once enjoyed a close relationship with their Maker, they turned from him, rejecting truths they had once held dear.

My friend it doesn't have to be that way! We need to remember Christ daily, living our lives for Him! If you have wandered away from Christ, it is not too late to run back to the loving arms of Jesus. What is it that has caused you to wander away from Christ? Flee from them and find someone who will encourage you in your Christian walk.

Let us say with Paul 'I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith' ~. 2 Timothy 4:7
