Welcome to Empowered Bible Studies

Bible study is essential to our Christian walk. As we study God's Word, our personal relationship with God grows deeper and deeper. It empowers us to live for the Lord in every aspect of our lives. This is what has inspired me to do an online Bible study.

Many years ago my husband introduced me to a commentary on the book of Colossians and I was so blessed as the Scripture came to life before my very eyes. Since that day we have developed an extensive library and enjoy studying God's Word.

I have prepared some Bible studies that I would like to share with you. My prayer is that they will bless you as much as they have blessed me in preparing them. I pray your life is touched and that it would inspire you to live every moment of every day for Christ.

Walk Daily with God

The Bible says in Genesis 6:9 that "Noah was a righteous man, blameless in his time; Noah walked with God."


He wholeheartedly loved and obeyed God and displayed godly character. For most of his life he walked in faith as a living example to his generation. Like Noah, we live in a world that constantly pressures us to compromise our integrity. But as we stand against the world's pressures, we show other believers how to maintain godly character in an evil world.

Noah is also mentioned with the Heroes of Faith in Hebrews 11:7 ~ What an honor! We have to ask “would our names be listed with the Heroes of Faith”?

We need to trust Christ to meet our needs, don’t give in to life’s pressures and compromise your faith but trust God through the details of life to work everything according to His will ~ God is in Control.
