Welcome to Empowered Bible Studies

Bible study is essential to our Christian walk. As we study God's Word, our personal relationship with God grows deeper and deeper. It empowers us to live for the Lord in every aspect of our lives. This is what has inspired me to do an online Bible study.

Many years ago my husband introduced me to a commentary on the book of Colossians and I was so blessed as the Scripture came to life before my very eyes. Since that day we have developed an extensive library and enjoy studying God's Word.

I have prepared some Bible studies that I would like to share with you. My prayer is that they will bless you as much as they have blessed me in preparing them. I pray your life is touched and that it would inspire you to live every moment of every day for Christ.

God Keeps His Promises!

God is Faithful and will always keep His promises.
God made a covenant with Abraham as we see in Genesis 12:1-3 "... I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed."

Throughout History we have seen that every enemy that has ever tried to destroy Israel has been destroyed. Whether it is Pharaoh in Egypt, Nebuchadnezzar in Babylon, Prime Minister Haman in Persia, Hitler in Germany, or Stalin in the Soviet Union, the enemy of the Jews is the enemy of the Almighty God and they will not succeed. President Ahmadinejad of Iran has threatened to wipe Israel off the face of the map, but we already know he will not succeed.
Knowing the Abrahamic Covenant, Mordecai had faith that the people of Israel would be protected from annihilation as they were through Queen Esther (Esther 4:14). My friend, what promise are you holding onto? Trust in the One True God to fulfill His promises in your life!
