We often run to God when we experience difficulties as we seek God's deliverance and protection. David said in Psalm 27:5 'For he will hide me in his shelter in the day of trouble; he will conceal me under the cover of his tent; he will lift me high upon a rock.'. My friend, David was able to say this because he not only sought God in the time of difficulties, but sought His guiding presence every day! When he experienced the difficult times, he was prepared to handle any test because he was in God's presence already. We too can be prepared as David was. Many of our problems could be avoided or handled far more easily by seeking God's help and direction not just when troubles come but before they come on a daily basis.
