Ephesians 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
But notice what is said in the previous verses: Ephesians 6:10-11 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
We can Only fight against Satan through God's power! Verses 13-17 proceed to tell us about Armor of God to stand firm in our faith. Then in Ephesians 6:18 With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints.
My friend, prayer and Bible study are essential to the Christian walk! God alone can give the victory; and when the Christian soldier goes forth armed completely for the spiritual conflict, he may be sure of a triumph.
