Sometimes our plans do not meet up to God's plan for our life. For example, the Apostle Paul wanted to go to Rome as a preacher (Romans 1:13-14); instead, he arrived as a prisoner. Then we are reminded of what James said 'Come now, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit"; whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.' ~ James 4:13-14
We need to be able to say 'Lord, your Will not mine be done'; 'I will go Lord where you want me to go and do what you want me to do'. We need to let go of our plans and say I trust you Lord to direct my path and lead my life. Keep trusting my friend and keep seeking God's will ... Life is short so live every moment for The Lord!
