When Christ died for us on the Cross at Calvary he cried out "It Is Finished" because all that needed to be done to pay the penalty for our sin was complete. He paid our debt in full.
Ephesians 2:8-10 "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."
My friend, we have been called with a holy calling! 2 Timothy 1:9 'who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus from all eternity'
How can you look at the cross and not fall to your knees in total surrender. Live a life that is worthy of our Lord! Live each moment of the day with your focus on God! Don't miss the opportunities that God has prepared beforehand for you! Don't miss the blessings each new day brings! Live to glorify God!
