This is not a one-time act; it is to be a continual action. We are to continually fix our eyes in a steady intent look with eagerness and studious attention upon God. The more we practice focusing on God and looking to God, the more it will become second nature to us. Tozer talked about a faith so rich and strong that our minds simply wander to thoughts of God whenever they wander.
My friend, Our Christian walk is not passive, we should be continually growing in our relationship with God. Salvation is not the end; it is the beginning to our pursuit of God. Continually look unto Jesus!
