Christ is coming

Christ's return is imminent and as Christians if we could come to grips with this, that in a moment, We will be in the presence of our Lord forever, think how differently it would transform our lives.


The little things of life don‘t matter anymore. It should make us want to live for Christ and not our own pleasures, but to live godly lives for Him daily, looking for His coming. It says in Mark 13:32-33 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is."

I think about that promise that Jesus made to the disciples in the upper room on the last night before he went to the cross when He said don't let your heart be troubled, don't be upset about what is about to happen. Let's look John 14:1-3 "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also." (NKJV). Christ is saying ' I'm making you a commitment. If I go back to Heaven back to the Father's house, I Will come again for you.' God has a plan and a purpose for each event that takes place. He will fulfill that plan in the end days. How blessed we are to be a part of this blessed experience.
