As the sun sets on another day, we rejoice in knowing that God was with us every second of the day.
My friend, the path of life is not always easy. Scripture doesn't tell us that we won't suffer from trials or feel the pain of sickness and disease; in fact, James tells us in James 1:2-4 ""My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing." Notice he said When you fall into various trials not If, we are to count it joy. The joy we speak of is an inner peace knowing that God is with us through the trial. It is a peace that God gives us knowing that He is in control and has a plan and purpose for the trial or adversity that we are facing. We need to trust that God is in control and look to what God is doing in our lives. As we learn to look beyond our adversity, we will begin to move toward the spirit filled life.My friend, may you find comfort knowing that God is with you every second of the day and has a plan and purpose for your life. Look to Jesus, he is waiting with open arms.
