When Christ died for us on the Cross at Calvary he cried out "It Is Finished" because all that needed to be done to pay the penalty for our sin was complete. He paid our debt in full. Ephesians 2:8-10 "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."
Notice it says we are His workmanship, my friend, He has a plan and a purpose for each of us that he has prepared beforehand – don’t miss the opportunities that he has prepared for you. We are to have an attitude like Paul as he said in Philippians 3:14 “I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus” (NKJV)
My friend, we are to keep our eyes on the goal, keep looking to Jesus and not the circumstances of life. Christ died for our sins, let's live our lives to glorify Him!
