It is hard sometimes to relinquish control, but we really need to place our trust in God, surrendering control of our lives into the hands of our loving Lord, allowing Him to lead us according to His plan for our lives.
'For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.' ~ Jeremiah 29:11
Sometimes we think we know what is best for us; however, God's plan is far better than we can even imagine! We think we need to help God, and yet what we really need to do is surrender control over to God!
"He must increase, but I must decrease" ~ John 3:30
God does not need our help! We need to get out of the way so that He can do in us what He wants to do through us! I surrender all!
