Welcome to Empowered Bible Studies

Bible study is essential to our Christian walk. As we study God's Word, our personal relationship with God grows deeper and deeper. It empowers us to live for the Lord in every aspect of our lives. This is what has inspired me to do an online Bible study.

Many years ago my husband introduced me to a commentary on the book of Colossians and I was so blessed as the Scripture came to life before my very eyes. Since that day we have developed an extensive library and enjoy studying God's Word.

I have prepared some Bible studies that I would like to share with you. My prayer is that they will bless you as much as they have blessed me in preparing them. I pray your life is touched and that it would inspire you to live every moment of every day for Christ.

Your Will God!

We may not always understand why God allows certain trials into our lives, but we do know that God is Only interested in what is best for Us. When we surrender Everything, not just parts of our life, but every aspect of our Life to Christ, that is when we will feel real joy in the midst of our trials.

Think about that ... God wants what is Best for you ... Romans 8:28 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.

Times may be hard, but God will bring joy again to your life! We just need to be able to say 'Your will God Not mine'. The Lord does have your best interest at heart. We just have to trust Him for the outcome.

Joseph, I'm sure felt betrayed by his brothers who wanted to kill him and sold into slavery. I'm sure he felt like why is God allowing such pain but yet in scripture we see him continually trusting God for the outcome. Look at what God did through Joseph who ended up exalted and was there to save his family.

God has a plan for your life, trust Him for the outcome. Stay strong, keep the faith, God is with you through the journey of life.
